Indian-Canadian singer, composer, and world-music innovator Raj Ramayya releases Spice Oddity, a transcendent new album that merges spiritual electronica, Indian classical tradition, and global soundscapes into a single, immersive musical journey. The album arrives alongside the new music video for MC Swami – A Psychedelic Discourse, a psychedelic short film that expands the album’s universe and deepens its spiritual narrative.
Spice Oddity also serves as the official soundtrack to Cosmic Current, the new documentary by Raj’s brother, multiple Gemini Award–winning filmmaker Anand Ramayya, and is co-produced with acclaimed Japanese tabla master Junzo Tateiwa.
