Following the release of his EP The Journey—a heartfelt homage to Raj’s late father, pioneering South-Asian filmmaker Dr. Ray Ramayya—Khali Baby reveals a bolder, more experimental side of Raj’s artistry. The track blends haunting South Indian classical female vocals with pulsing electronic beats and shimmering gamelan textures, creating a hypnotic soundscape that feels at once ancient and futuristic.
